Rates: room rates are intended per room per night of stay, breakfast and VAT included.
Cancellations: no penalty for cancellations within 6:00 pm two days before the arrival date. In case of cancellations beyond the time limit, penalty payment of 1 (one) night. In case of no arrival, penalty payment of 1 (one) night and eventual cancellation of the whole reservation. Any variation and/or cancellation must be communicated in written form.
General conditions: check-in from 2:00 pm and check-out until 12.00 am. Late check-out for guests who need to take a plane (free on request if available).
