Thanks to a modern gym of 110 sq fully-equipped with Technogym machinery our wellness hotel in Verona offers you the chance to keep fit during your stay and you will also be able to train with a personal trainer available on request. In the gym are held fitness courses such as Pilates classes which will give you the opportunity to improve your mind and body health with the help of a skilled trainer offering individual, team and tower lessons.
Last but not least, our wellness centre is formed by 7 different areas where our highly qualified staff offer a wide range of services, from basic aesthetics to applied kinesiology and up to the latest techniques coming from the far East, such as Ohashiatsu and Tuina massages.
